Not sure exactly how this plays into the topic but...Redemption people. Regardless of how long a product is drafted IRL, WotC is responsible for providing product for those that redeem online. I can currently still redeem Zen block sets. which means these sets are still "in print".
Zendikar block has been out of print for awhile now. Sure you can still redeem them but just because there out of print does not mean that still don't have plently of cards in stock.
They seem to be moving away from the no regen on cards (like taking out incinerate). So if we do see a damnation, it will be a new card that just destroys all creatures.
They do not in fact return to the battlefield at the same time. Since your opponent is casting Thragtusk then Worldfire I will take it it is his/her turn.
When Worldfire resolves there are two triggers, one from the Thragtusk leaves the battlefield and one for the Oblivion ring leaves the battlefield. Since it is your friends turn (which means he has priority) his trigger will go on the stack first then your oblivion ring trigger goes on the stack next. Your trigger will resolve first returning suture priest to the battlefield then Thragtusk ability will resolve putting a 3/3 beast token onto the battlefield. You may then choose to have your friend lose 1 life if you choose to.
In cases were Suture priest and other creature(s) are entering the battlefield at the same time, suture priest will see each creature enter the battlefield and you can put them on the stack how you choose.
It would make sense considering the original planeswalkers Jace, Chandra, and Garruk each have 3 different prints while Ajani and Liliana have 2 each atm.
It doesn't make sense, unless maybe if it said, when he attacks loose one life or something. a Price for Power thing.. but
Exalted is Prideful and Orderly. It is NOT a Black mechanic in any way.
This does not bode well.
It is a VERY bad design.

the definition of exalt would argue otherwise.
The first definition seems to fit black just fine (power).
second definition also fits fine with humans who worship demons by giving them power.

Just because you have a definition for exalt does not mean it is correct.
I have a strong feeling that you all will be disappointed. I would estimate that there is a strong likelihood (75%) that the Shock lands will be reprinted this year, in either M13 or RTR. Printing them in M13 (where reprints are par fror the course), and allows for more original lands in RTR (where original work is the norm). Wizards has already kept the same duals for longer than they previously have, and keeping them now makes for stagnant environments.
RTR is a bigger set then recent sets with 274 cards i believe. seeing all 10 shock lands in there and reprinting m10 dual lands in m13 would be my bet as those lands work well together.
Exalted is back, all right, I'm both looking forward to M13 and dreading how poor I am going to be. Hopefully it bring some sweet tools for my Rafiq EDH.
Also personally I hope they dont reprint heirarch, its not so hard to come by that they need to reprint it. Also I don't really want the card to enter the standard pool currently with Geist of St. Traft and Spectral Flight I could pretty much play my Modern Bant deck.
Its averaging around $19 each right now. For a mana dork that is way to much.
There's a world of difference between reprinting Solemn Simulacrum, which is fairly setting-neutral and doesn't displace any important cards, and reprinting Hierarch, which is very setting-specific in its mana production and displaces the important Birds of Paradise from the set.
I think birds overall is worse for the game because of how it displaces the color pie (flying in green) and Noble hierarch would be overall better for green so that they lose there flier. They can ignore setting in a core set as it is not located on a specific plane or trying to tell a story.
People should probably realize that core sets are no longer what they were in years past. They are no longer starter sets for beginners but are a place were they can print cards that can impact the standard format like Solemn Simulacrum and Mana Leak but not take up design space in sets were they tell a story.
There is also nicol bolas who is breaking the rules of no enemy color in core sets so we should be seeing more changes in m13 for core sets as well.
Each time they brought back a mechanic in a core set they didn't reprint anything but made all new cards with the mechanic which likely means we won't be seeing Noble Heirarch anytime soon
thats right. You can only tap three of a single color so like BBB or UUU but you cant have it tap for 2-3 different colors.

m11 had one card with scry in black
m12 had one card with bloodthirst in green when it was alot in black and red.
Just because it has only shown up on black and white cards (also a land) does not mean exalted can not show up in another color.
