Terrible card. Can't even use the flash as a combat trick because you lose the tokens. It's one good use to regenerate eldrazi scions is carved out. There's no reason for this to be a rare instead of uncommon. If I opened this I'll take the land.
Yes a 3 mana 3/3 with flash and all upside on it cast trigger is terrible and unplayable in limited
Processing does not care if the card goes to the graveyard as long as you made an attempt to put a card from exile into the graveyard. The card will go back in exile and you will gain the 5 life. That same card could also be used on another ruin processor
Why is this 4c CoCo guy not playing Rattleclaw Mystic instead of Beastcaller Savant? Seems like a far superior card for his deck...
I would guess because beastcaller savant can tap for all 4 colors for the creatures in his deck mainly white and can also be used if it comes into play with CoCo to tap for mana or attack. Rattleclaw might be better then the savant but that would be why he is running the savant.
I actually like the 1 of kolaghan because it gives +1 attack for each attacking dragon so it works well with thunderbreak plus i want a threat that can close out the game quick while dodging a lot of removal spells in format like ruinous path and ultimate price. I was also considering 1 tasigur in the deck.
I agree that it is really odd for both kolaghan and silumgar's scorn to be in the same deck but it is hard to say no to pure counterspell.
This is just a basic idea of what the deck would look like.
I like Icefall Reagent a lot more in this format since lighting strike is gone and removal is becoming a bit more expensive. one of the main reasons to play grixis dragon deck is Draconic Roar which is the most reliable way to deal with cheap threats. The mana bases for shard colors is way better post rotation and may be better then wedge colors.
Any suggestions or other deck lists would be appreciated.
I'm shocked not seeing in a lot of these lists is Goblin Heelcutter. With Hero's Downfall rotating and being replaced with sorcery version I suspect that haste cards that didn't see as much play will be more powerful like Flamewake Phoenix who can be brought back from the grave by either of the landfall 2 drops by getting to 4 power.
Any suggestions for changes to the decklist are appreciated, still thinking about the sideboard. I do think there is something to G/R aggro being a thing and the most powerful card in the deck.
Atarka's Command drop a land into play is quite powerful in this deck leading to up to 4 landfall triggers in 1 turn.
I believe 5 color decks will be easy enough to build with 15-16 fetchlands + the battle lands. this card can act as a tutor for 1 ofs in your deck for powerful things, example is you can run 1 copy of Languish and 1 copy of Crux of Fate in your deck and have 4 copies of Bring to Light in your deck that can tutor and cast it, same thing with any powerful 4-5 drops in your deck. having 4 Siege Rhino and 4 of this card makes it very likely in the matchups that siege rhino is good you will have access to it. for powerful 5 drop creatures you can play 1 copy of Dragonlord Ojutai but actually have 5 cards that cast it.
This card will see a ton of play if people will play 5 color midrange decks.
This mana base would work well with converge if there are enough powerful effects. We already have seen Woodland Wanderer 4 mana 6/6 in this deck and Radiant Flames which is a much easier to cast Anger of the Gods though you give up exiling. Even a card like Exert Influence can see play if you consistently have 4-5 different colors of mana by turn 5.
Well From Beyond is far from Terrible, it is slower than Awakaning Zone, but its Tutor capabilities make a huge difference.
I´m actually considering to play it, because it gets a quit powerful Toolbox when you consider enough Tool-ish Eldrazi, as this allows you to fetch and play Eldrazis with cmc 4 or less the next turn.
There is an end combat step which creatures can still be considered attacking so that ability would resolve during that phase but she has first strike so it would resolve before normal damage is done which means creatures attacking without first strike will get +1/+1 counter before they deal there damage.
that -2 is extremely powerful. Close to guaranteed to draw 1 card and depending on your deck likely drawing 2 cards off 4 mana planeswalker and it still has enough loyalty that next turn if it lives you can do it again. Also putting the rest into your graveyard makes it even better.
You're comparing cards that don't even exist in the same format. This card is going to exist with Zulaport Cutthroat and Nantuko Husk
I'm not saying it will see play in the sacrifice style decks but it should definitely be considered.

your not only paying the extra 1 mana for the tutor ability buit also because it makes 1/1 tokens instead of 0/1 tokens which are way more powerful.
I think people underestimate how much better it is for them to be 1/1 creatures then 0/1 creatures.
