Hmmm, Well, G/R would be the deck to beat WW or G/B, since G/R would have naturalize and pyroclasm or black would have Naturalize and Night of Souls Betrayal.
I don't think WW will be able to stay completely "white" I think they will splash blue or green.
And since Ravinica will probably have alot of cards that support multi color decks, mono color decks might not be powerful enough.
I voted for 2UW instant since if it isn't an istant, it isn't going to be very good or used...which it probably isn't anyway considering the kind of creatures U and W have.
I was just wondering if it was worth getting into MODO since I haven't the time to travel to tournaments or even attend FNM, since I work in evenings and they are just so far away.
Is the value system about the same or does it cost tons? I only play Block, Limited, and T2 after MD5 rotates.
Is it hard to learn? Or do you need a crazy fast computer?
I mean he could be good considering were having both Llanowar elves, BOP, in the same standard along wiht STE, and kodama's reach, but then again think about what else cost 8 mana with a triple cc requirement.

Now, the myojins effect the game majorly with their divinity counters, and sekki can be used with a few different infinite damage combos, and the patron can make a large blaze (incase fb rotates), while VD just makes a 1/1 creature every turn, and also if its reainimator, wouldn't you think it be using Goryo's Vengeance and Kuro, Kokusho//sac engine, unspeakable?
You see the block decks, they have no problem with deal with decks that just want to deal combat dmg, so I wouldn't expect this to make a huge comback in standard, now since this and hyppie are true, the pain lands are showing promise and if they are there then its worth it to buy a box, but as for people going crazy saying there buying boxes for VD, I don't understand why? He is worth 8-10 Black Border, when he is reprinted White Border, i'd expect a price drop and when people see he isn't that good, expect another drop, and soon you spent $80 on a box for a single VD which you could have gotton for 5-8 bucks.

And as I said, eff MD5 since right now their super high cuz regionals, which makes me wonder what kind of major tournaments do they have? If any?

Man, they were pretty kewl.
Although I distintcly didn't care for Mirrodin just since...I like playing my color wheel to my advantage.
I like Invasion block for multicolor cards, heck how can you not love Spiritmonger.
I love CHK block, but it is more of a casual set.
Heck, i'd rather have another Invasion set than a Onslaught block again :slant:
Also CHK reminds me of Torment which was my favorite set, probably the best set for Black.
