I have to admit that Kraul Harpooner is pretty much broken without flyers. 3/2 for 1G is hard to overestimate.
Terrain Elemental was a straight 3/2 for 1G that was bad enough to be a PW deck card, so I'm inclined to say that more upside is needed (as much as this annoys me from a power creep perspective).
I actually find this card weirdly boring. Maybe it's because it's obviously good in Standard and my planned midrange deck will need 4 whatever? Either way, it's powerful and complex but somehow fails to excite me at all, and I normally love powerful and complex cards...
I rather like your thoughts here. I also feel like having 10 guild mechanics per block is getting quite tired now, and while I do enjoy the sets and mechanics, let's be honest - set mechanics very rearely make it into Constructed wholesale (the exceptions being Energy and Vehicles with KLD). To that end, seeing more emphasis on multicolour cards tying you to your guild would be something I'd appreciate and I really like your Devotion to X AND Y idea
I'm not a huge fan for the same reasons - variance increases wildly and if your packs don't line up with your guild well, you're building from 5 packs and it's really hard to make a functional deck
I don't know what to think of this. From a standard perspective I can't see him being that good, but that draw trigger is really very powerful, and this seems like the kind of card that had to be toned down by R&D and may well be better than it reads. I'd still have liked to see 4 toughness so it doesn't just get hit by every Lightning Strike in existence though...

Step 2: March of the Multitudes
Step 3: ???
Step 4: [Profit]/[Get hit by Assassin's Trophy and salt out] (delete as appropriate)
The only ability you listed than this interacts with is Deathtouch,so I'm unsure what you're getting at. A clarification would be helpful
