Why don't they just do both? Like, they can go by yearly and seasonal?

From my understanding, don't most school shootings happen where the students have a plan of killing themselves anyway? At least that seems to be what happens in real life so would other people having guns really affect that? Most school shootings are done by people who are also not thinking clearly, does having other people with guns stop that?

And in America, how many adult "predators" attack schools even though they don't have guns? Usually, in pretty much every case, it is a student of that school. If school's were so defenseless, why don't we see more adult shootings at schools?

If the difference between a good guy carrying a gun and a bad guy carrying a gun is a metric that I cannot quantify by the time I am in danger of my life, why would I want people carrying guns everywhere?

On campus, if I see a person with a gun, I can and should call the police because he is most likely up to no good. But if guns were allowed on campus, we wouldn't have any reason to call the police and therefore it is more likely the person who is going to kill someone is less likely to be noticed.

In a HOA, they can fine you and if you refuse to pay the fine, they can take you to court and put a lien on your house and in the end, they can get a foreclosure on your house so they can indeed force you to lose your property.

And what is the difference between money and property? Why is it okay to fine someone but to not take their property?

Should a homeowner's association be able to fine you for putting up a Vote for Joe Candidate in your front yard? Should a company be able to fire you for violating an NDA with your wife in the privacy of your own home? Should we be allowed at all to forgo any of our rights as part of a contract in which we get compensation for doing so?

Where in the contract does it say its wrong for Sterling to voice his opinion in the privacy of his own home?

A lot of contracts have a morals clause, basically, you get punished for doing something that paints the other side of the contract in a bad light.

And it seems he may have signed a morals clause.

Do you think that an owner of a team being racist makes the NBA look bad to the public if they choose not to punish him?

Also, even if something is illegally obtained, it is admissible as evidence in a court case as long as a government official or someone acting on behalf of the government was not the one to illegally obtain it.

So if the 3 minute clip was the video, there was nothing bad about that. I personally don't agree with using abortion as a form of birth control, but I think there are enough legitimate reasons for it that a woman shouldn't have to parade herself in front of a judge to get one. It is a traumatizing experience for some women who go through with it for whatever reason, and this woman was showing that the procedure itself is not something from Arkham Horror.

I dont agree. That is just America elitism. We feel everyone should live like us, well not everyone can, nor should be forced to.

We have enough problems here. We really need to start dealing with those problems at home and stop sending our money over to help everyone who asks for help.

Wait, you are saying we shouldn't help people in other countries from being sold into slavery until all problems in America are fixed? Wow...that is just...inhuman...

I think it is obvious that we should help. They asked for our help and it isn't like we would need to invade with an occupying force. Insert supposed Burke quote here.

I enjoyed this one. This last week I watched both Amazing Spider-Man 2 and Spider-Man 2 and the difference was night and day. Sam Raimi is good at what he does, making B-Flicks. Spider-Man 2 was so cheezy compared to this and Tobey McGuire Spider-Man was so much more WHINY! than Andrew Garfield. I went with my girlfriend and we were quite literally the only people who laughed at the "Itsy Bitsy Spider" part. I don't think anyone else got that was what was happening. My girlfriend also cried at the end, especially since she doesn't read the comics. Overall, I would give this one a solid B compared to Spider-Man 2 which is definitely the C- category.

Why would people want to trade Stoneforge Mystic for Batterskull? I love Batterskull, it is in my sideboard for against aggro and control.

If they unbanned Mystic, they would have to be even more careful with every equipment made from this point on. I would rather have a smorgasbord of exciting equipments than one creature.
