The point is to only use the Infect option when you can deal 10 damage. Why would you even cast it if you cant kill the board? (assuming no responses from your opponents)
Because assuming no responses from opponents, considering there are three of them, is a tough thing to assume.
I didn't like the Infect cards because there were times when I got it on Nekusar, wheeled, dealt 7 Infect to everyone, and then Nekusar is removed, which made it more work to actually have to find another Infect card to cast on Nekusar before dealing "damage" again.
The real strength of Reaper King is being able to mass-trigger the Vindicate ability. I see you have Rite of Replication in there. Other cards that could be useful for this are Ghostway, Living Death, Patriarch's Bidding, and Genesis Wave.
Your deck is a wheel deck, which is an interesting build for Riku to helm. While I do see the merits, this is a direction that I do not want my deck to go because then it would be too similar to my other deck - a Nekusar draw-punisher deck.
Just got off a game where I realized that I could just Comet Storm everyone to death, after a Boundless Realms and dropping Doubling Cube. I could practically hear the comets smashing them into oblivion.
Massive update. Really loving my draw package right now. Scratch what I said about Steam Augury, I now understand how to use it effectively and it's been crazy good.
The most different from the three decks that you already have would Esper artifacts, though I would suggest that you go with Sydri at the helm instead.

Late into the game, I had a lot of mana rocks in play, along with Liliana's Caress and Megrim. EOT before mine, I cast the only two cards in my hand: Cyclonic Rift + Sunder. The cards they'll be discarding during clean-up will be enough to kill them.
"Not me," says the Zegana player. "I have a Reliquary Tower. Forgot that didn't you?"
I draw for my turn and pass. Tajic dies, Ghave dies, and on Zegana's turn, he promptly plays Reliquary Tower, taps it, and casts Sol Ring into a mana myr, to which I respond by casting my freshly drawn Grixis Charm to bounce his Tower. The look on his face was priceless.
We have a similar concept when it comes to building Nekusar. I have a spellslinger Riku, and have incorporated some of that deck's elements into Nekusar - that is, not making it a glass cannon all-in wheels deck.

I will be testing Memory's Journey and Krosan Reclamation later over Magus of the Future and Future Sight.
Command Tower
3 check-lands (Drowned Catacomb, etc.)
3 scry-lands (Temple of Deceit, etc.)
3 guildgates
3 vivids
3 panoramas (for any 3-color combination, you get 3 panoramas that hit 2 of your colors)
Evolving Wilds
Terramorphic Expanse
16-18 basics
2-4 utility lands
Not at all expensive. All this is probably equivalent to 1-2 shocklands in terms of $$$.

Some cards in my build that you might want to take a look at:
Rakdos Charm and Suffer the Past - instant speed graveyard hate
Starstorm - instant speed sweeper
Psychosis Crawler - more pain, my back up Nekusar.
