1) Why does SCG make it so hard to find VIDEO event coverage of past events? I remember it being very easy to find.
2) Where can I find the coverage of this event: (Legacy) http://www.starcitygames.com/events/140913_atlanta.html
I remember being able to find a video selection menu that had all the standard matches and all the legacy matches listed in order. But now the best I can find is a 20+ hour long twitch video of everything.
I won a GPT a few weeks ago, and I was wondering: How will the people at the GP know that I got 3 byes? Will the shop that I won at tell them and they will just look up my DCI? Hopefully someone can shed some light on how this works.
Is Ben Stark's PT top 4 list still a great maindeck (I'll be editing to SB to my local meta of course) ? Thinking of getting Esper Control and I'm not sure what list to base my deck off of.
-2 Bonfire
-2 Arbor Elf
-2 Garruk, PH or -2 Domri Rade? Or what?
+3 Mizzium Mortars
+3 Searing Spear
That sound good?
Also how does my mana base look, with no Elves should I remove two forest for the last two Sacred Foundry? Do you guys think I should add another land? If so what would I cut? If you had to play Naya Midrange at a PTQ what would your list look like?
PTQ this Sunday, need help ASAP. Up until recent testing I felt like Aggro decks were a walk in the park. My brother is playing GR aggro and he ALWAYS destroys me, by turn 4 I'm a spear away from death and my only out is bonfire and him not having burn.
No SB at the moment, will be playing this at just FNM until June for a PTQ so I'll worry about a SB once it gets closer to that. Format will change multiple times until then so I'll wait, plus I need to focus on finishing my main deck first (Missing Angels, Caverns, 2 Stomping Ground, and 1 Boros Reckoner). So when it gets closer to June I'll post in this thread asking for opinions on what I brewed up for a SB.
Anyways, is there anything I could be doing better for the mainboard?
Tonight I went 3-1 at my FNM modern with my R/G tron(no list at the moment), and everything went well against most decks until the finals where I fought against a U/R splinter twin. I was one turn away from winning the first game where my opponent miraculously topdecked splinter twin after he taps my emrakul that I casted.
I was wondering what cards I could put in my sideboard(very open to change) that would help with facing that kind of deck, which Tron seems to have a bad matchup against.
They can't tap down Emrakul.... It has protection from colors. (Unless they casted Cryptic Command)
Anyways, I spent months getting my list ready for a PTQ that I expected to have a good amount of Infect and Twin. Both I played against and won against. My list can be found here: http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showpost.php?p=9924904&postcount=46 The sideboard allows VERY good games 2 and 3 against Splinter Twin. Also as stated above, make sure to keep all O-stones in, and play 4 if you can.
What I got them for over the last five months, most of which have been this last month.
Karn x4 $12-17 (2 for $12 each, 2 for $17 each)
Emrakul x1: $20
Ulamog x1: $17
Groves: Had to order 4 for ~$80 today,
Wurmcols x3: ~$26
Spellskite x3: $6
Oblivion Stone x4: ~$10
Lets say I casts Huntmaster of the Fells then pass the turn.
My opponent then casts his own Huntmaster, and passes the turn back.
I pass the turn back, making the Huntmasters transform.
He has priority so his trigger goes onto the stack first, then mine goes onto the stack. (This is correct, right?)
After his transforms he targets my Huntmaster, in response I cast Restoration Angel targeting my Huntmaster and "flickering"/"blinking" it.
My question is does my Huntmaster still transform when it returns from the "flickering"/"blinking"?
Tarmogoyf is pretty ridiculous in limited, pushing it into mythic rarity.
Tarmogoyf isn't that good in limited. It is most likely mythic to not make it worth only $30, at mythic it will most likely be around $50. They stated that they don't want to completely ruin people's collections.

Help please?
4 Sacred Foundry
3 Stomping Ground
1 Plains (Need my 4th Stomping Ground)
4 Temple Garden
4 Sunpetal Grove
4 Rootbound Crag
1 Mountain
1 Kessig Wolf Run
1 Gavony Township
Threats: (21)
4 Loxodon Smiter
4 Boros Reckoner
3 Restoration Angel (I have a 4th, should I play 4?)
4 Huntmaster
4 Thragtusk
2 Thundermaw Hellkite
4 Farseek
4 Avacyn's Pilgrim
Other: (8)
4 Searing Spear
2 Domri Rade
2 Garruk, PH
2 Garruk Relentless

2 Pithing Needle (Replacing with Mizzium Mortars)
3 Assemble the Legion
1 Rest in Peace (Replacing with Purify the Grave)
2 Grafdigger's Cage (Replacing with Purify the Grave)

Only loss was to Jund Midrange, we played a few more games after the match and it seemed around 50-50, maybe a bit in his favor due to more removal.

Anyways, thanks for your replies everyone.

My question is does my Huntmaster still transform when it returns from the "flickering"/"blinking"?
I like to play against most things but my favorites are Affinity, Zoo, U/W Angels, Eggs, RUG Delver, & USA Delver.
