Not really. Considering is combative tone to start with. I've got zero time for people like that.
Could it be you're just being oversensitive?
I think if were gonna be starting SCD threads you need to make some sort of case (any case) as to why you want it in cube. You can even ask other posters to chime in with their input if you're unsure. But literally saying things like "it's probably not for most cubes" kinda defeats the whole purpose, don't you think?
I've found forgoing a lower quality guild land like a filter or karoo for a signet works out. In the end I see the guild lands and signets in the same functional category: mana-fixers.
It got immature the moment you got huffy about wtwlf's conviction in his own opinion, and his blunt challenge to yours. People in debate are allowed to do that, you know - express confidence in one's own opinion, and challenge another's - as long as a good argument is made. Which there was, by the way. The God isn't very comparable to Sulfuric, for all the reasons already stated. And I don't see how cube composition, no matter how radically different, changes that. If you have a concrete example to counter that, I'm all ears.
"You may play Inkwell Leviathan in your aggro decks, but that won't stop me from saying that it's not an aggro card. Sorry if you disagree."
Now you're just being rude. Remember when I said there are some things that are just true in general, where as some are only true depending on various things. The first thing you said is the latter....the obvious condescending, wow I'm so done with you now remark you just made, falls into the former category. Your perspective though well-informed and equally valid is not the only one. You should learn to stop stating opinion as fact and then adopting a condescending/rude tone with those who don't tow your line.
Bye.
Have you ever debated on an Internet forum before? Or debated in general for that matter? Cause that's some ridiculously immature posting right there
I'm a bit hesitant to add a 2 power one drop for blue, even with an upside. All 4 of the other colors do that already and there's just too many important midrange/control/archetype enablers to make room. Plus the density is just not there.
Besides your undying and persist creatures, Gravecrawler, and Bloodghast, there's Reassembling Skeleton, Nether Traitor and Nether Spirit. You can also push tokens harder as that lines up with Pox pretty well too.
More Champion of the Parish love. I really need to look into formally supporting the B/W Human deck.
I did a quick look through my list and found the majority of Humans are red and white. Is that the kind of deck Champion usually sees? I'm considering throwing him in, I got about 50 out of 630 which ain't bad numbers.
Bah. Wish it were red or green, but I'll take it. I wonder if this and the black one drop means there's a 2/1 one drop cycle brewing (probably not, but one can dream)
So if Timetwister is only powerful when played with the rest of the P9, can we safely say in the context of cube it isn't really a "powered" card - so an unpowered cube could play it?

Rout or Martial Coup
Keiga, the Tide Star or Morphling
Diabolic Edict or Chainer's Edict or Doom Blade
Kessig Wolf Run or Ghor-Clan Rampager
Simic Charm or Prime Speaker Zegana
Prioritize:
Indrik Stomphowler, Vorapede, Wolfir Silverheart, Thornling and Genesis
I've found making that distinction wasn't very helpful in balancing my cube. Lands don't even get their own section on my list
