The list for Michael Bernat at GP Indianapolis was part of a grinder, not the main event (should read 32 players, then).

Negative. If a card exiles itself, then Rebound does not apply.
See the Oracle for Cast Through Time:
Or Tabak's tweets:
Round 1 vs Burn
She admitted being new to Modern and said she played Soul Sisters at GP Richmond. I cringed really hard inside, but she said she was trying out something different. Her deck wasn't optimal, playing cards like Browbeat and Stigma Lasher, so I won both games easily.
2-0 (1-0)
Round 2 vs UW Control
An awful matchup, since he played 4 Kitchen Finks and 4 Restoration Angel. I won game 1 when he was at 6 life and 2 mana open, and I had 2 lands with 2 Shard Volley. I went YOLO and cast one, figuring if he didn't counter it, then he didn't have one at all. So I went to zero lands and won. I won game 3 thanks to well-timed Skullcracks.
2-1 (2-0)
Round 3 vs Rock
My opponent Slaughter Pacts my Satyr Firedancer, attacks me, and has me dead on board, while he sits at 16 life. I only have one out, so I draw, cast a burn spell, and pass the turn. Thankfully, he drew a card and failed to pay for Pact, and I won. Game 2 I shrunk his Tarmogoyf with Rest in Peace, and cast several Lightning Helix before he played Phyrexian Obliterator, and I killed him quickly.
2-0 (3-0)
Round 4 vs Kiki Pod
He mulligans to six and I Searing Blood his Birds of Paradise, then he fails to find land number 4. Game 2 he plays a Voice of Resurgence while I have Satyr Firedancer in play, so I cast Searing Blood on my turn to kill Voice, the triggers get ordered so his token comes into play before I deal 3 to him, then Firedancer can kill the token. He failed to find a third Island for Cryptic Command, and the game ends quickly thereafter.
2-0 (4-0)
Round 5 vs UWR Control (Jackie Lee)
I quickly learn how good Restoration Angel is and how big of a mistake not having Combust in my sideboard is, and I lose rather quickly (though I got her to 6 and 4 each game).
0-2 (4-1)
Round 6 vs Kiki Pod
I get my opponent to three life, but he cast Splinter Twin the turn prior to having enough gas to kill him. In the second game, I get destroyed by Kitchen Finks and Restoration Angel.
0-2 (4-2)
Round 7 vs RG Tron
Turn 3 Wurmcoil Engine game 1 prompts me to scoop almost immediately, as I have no out. Game 2 has him landing a turn 4 Wurmcoil Engine, and I Skullcrack his first attack. He is at 4 life and I have Shard Volley in hand, but I draw a land and die.
I loved playing RW, but the list had some huge flaws, namely not playing Path to Exile and Combust. I also think control is an awful match up. Thus, this is my list moving forward:
4 Goblin Guide
4 Eidolon of the Great Revel
#Spells
4 Boros Charm
4 Lava Spike
4 Lightning Bolt
4 Lightning Helix
2 Path to Exile
4 Rift Bolt
3 Searing Blood
4 Shard Volley
4 Skullcrack
4 Arid Mesa
3 Battlefield Forge
7 Mountain
1 Plains
4 Sacred Foundry
3 Rest in Peace
3 Wear // Tear
2 Molten Rain
3 Combust
1 Path to Exile
2 Defense Grid
1 Searing Blood
4 Eidolon of the Great Revel
4 Goblin Guide
2 Satyr Firedancer
//Spells
4 Boros Charm
4 Lava Spike
4 Lightning Bolt
4 Lightning Helix
4 Rift Bolt
3 Searing Blood
4 Shard Volley
4 Skullcrack
4 Arid Mesa
3 Battlefield Forge
7 Mountain
1 Plains
4 Sacred Foundry
3 Molten Rain
4 Rest in Peace
4 Suppression Field
4 Wear / Tear
The hate cards in the sideboard, namely Suppression Field and Rest in Peace, hose a lot of decks.
The answer given in the forum thread is that yes, it will result in a draw, due to Caged Sun triggering indefinitely, and no one being able to respond to it since it is a mana ability. However, the local L2 disagreed, and essentially cited the following (with emphasis):
Now, when you tap the Caged Sun, you would add a green mana and the ability would trigger. When the ability resolves, it would add a green mana. However, while Caged Sun would trigger again, it is not triggered by activating a mana ability, so it would not fit the CR for a triggered mana ability, and could thus be responded to.
I'm looking for some confirmation, please.
2-0 vs Mono-Red Burn
2-1 vs BG Infect
1-2 vs Storm
1-2 vs Mono-Black Devotion
The first two rounds weren't even close. I was surprised game 1 by the Infect player, but otherwise I won easily. I lost to Storm only because I couldn't draw lands. The two games I lost I was stuck on 3 lands for the first 5-6 turns. Mono-Black crushed me via Phyrexian Crusader and Phyrexian Obliterator. There is no good answer to those two cards unless we play Batterskull or Dismember. I'm not sure if its worth it, though, since the deck is not very popular.
2 Magus of the Moon
3 Simian Spirit Guide
3 Stormbreath Dragon
3 Anger of the Gods
4 Blood Moon
4 Koth of the Hammer
4 Lightning Bolt
2 Mind Stone
2 Pyroclasm
2 Relic of Progenitus
4 Skred
2 Scrying Sheets
2 Aura Barbs
2 Blasphemous Act
3 Combust
2 Damping Matrix
2 Shattering Blow
2 Shatterstorm
2 Thorn of Amethyst
R1 vs Pyromancer:
This is a friend of mine, and thankfully I know his deck. He plays Pyromancer Ascension, but not storm, and has Splinter Twin in the sideboard. I don't remember much of this match, other than my Relic of Progenitus and Blood Moon weren't quite enough. Game 3 I had 2 Thorn of Amethyst in play and still lost. Not having enchantment hate was brutal, and I think the match up would have been better if it were actually storm (since they rely on the graveyard with Past in Flames).
0-1 (1-2)
R2 vs UWR Twin:
I tap out in game 1 and get combo'd. Game 2 I play Damping Matrix, but he has multiple Restoration Angels to get through with damage. Sweepers suck when everything has 4 toughness.
0-2 (1-4)
R3 vs Angel of Glory's Rise:
Match was not even close. Blood Moon completely shut him down game 1, and Koth did overtime in game 2. Stormbreath wrecked him as he had no way to interact with it.
1-2 (3-4)
R4 vs no one!
My opponent conceded to me because he wanted to leave. Cool.
2-2 (3-4)
R5 vs Grixis Faeries
Again playing my friend. Not only is he playing Fae, but he also has Splinter Twin in for value. We split the first two, and I fail to draw one of my several sweepers in game 3 and lose.
2-3 (4-6)
R6 vs Melira Pod
Blood Moon won game 1. Game 2 I lost to multiple Thoughtseize and Kitchen Finks, capped off by Archangel of Thune. Game 3 wasn't close as I Bolt and Skred his Birds, play Magus of the Moon, then Damping Matrix. He can literally do nothing except hope to draw Redcap, and he doesn't.
3-3 (6-7)
I finish 20th of 39, and I feel good about it. I drew rather poorly, but it happens. Koth is a monster and I now remember why he's my favorite planeswalker. Blood Moon keeps the format honest.
Going forward, I'm making a small change in both the main and side:
2 Magus of the Moon
3 Simian Spirit Guide
2 Stalking Yeti
3 Stormbreath Dragon
3 Anger of the Gods
4 Blood Moon
4 Koth of the Hammer
4 Lightning Bolt
2 Pyroclasm
2 Relic of Progenitus
4 Skred
2 Scrying Sheets
2 Blasphemous Act
4 Combust
2 Damping Matrix
1 Relic of Progenitus
2 Shattering Blow
2 Shatterstorm
2 Thorn of Amethyst
The tie-breakers were reset after day one. Logistically speaking, day two was a separate event. This is what happens at very large events because DCI-R can only hold so many players in an event (which is why there were three flights) and they just merge the players at X-2 into a new event.
3 Magus of the Moon
3 Simian Spirit Guide
2 Stormbreath Dragon
2 Thundermaw Hellkite
2 Anger of the Gods
4 Blood Moon
4 Koth of the Hammer
4 Lightning Bolt
2 Pyroclasm
3 Relic of Progenitus
4 Skred
2 Scrying Sheets
2 Aura Barbs
2 Blasphemous Act
3 Combust
2 Damping Matrix
2 Shattering Blow
2 Shatterstorm
2 Thorn of Amethyst
As an aside, I was on the main event for day 2 of the GP, and I only saw a single Skred deck.
I'm going to agree with this. Conley Woods, during his 15-hour stream, played Krark-Clan Ironworks with Banefire as his win condition, and did not play Urza lands. It was quick and pretty consistent.
4 Boros Reckoner
3 Magus of the Moon
2 Thundermaw Hellkite
2 Inferno Titan
2 Solemn Simulacrum
1 Stormbreath Dragon
Other Spells:
4 Koth of the Hammer
4 Blood Moon
4 Skred
4 Lightning Bolt
3 Pyroclasm
2 Volcanic Fallout
2 Relic of Progenitus
21 Snow-Covered Mountain
2 Scrying Sheets
3 Combust
3 Shatterstorm
2 Aura Barbs
2 Shattering Blow
2 Blasphemous Act
2 Pithing Needle
1 Damping Matrix
All those decks have been on the decline or are not placing very well at recent events. The deck you should really be concerned with is Shardless BUG, running discard, counters, DRS and Liliana. That deck is still quite prevalent.
1 Duplicant
4 Kuldotha Forgemaster
4 Lodestone Golem

Without a lot of land destruction or ways to get spells out of the graveyard, we utilize spending lots of mana on Buyback spells such as Evincar's Justice, Mind Games, and the potentially game-ending Capsize.
The deck really wants to get the Ghostly Flicker engine running with Archaeomancer, Mnemonic Wall, or Scrivener. Then we have the option of bouncing our value creatures such as Mulldrifter to draw cards, Man-o'-War to bounce dudes, or Gray Merchant of Asphodel to kill our opponents. While we have redundancy with 3 different creatures for the combo, we have access to Mystical Teachings to find Ghostly Flicker.
With a lack of really strong combos, a large part of Pauper EDH is combat. To fight against this, we have 8 different cards to bounce creatures (and some hit other permanents!). Our primary way to deal with creatures is pinging them, with options such as Prodigal Sorcerer, Stinging Barrier, and Psionic Gift. We also have a couple sweepers in the repeatable Evincar's Justice and Pestilence, our commander Shipwreck Singer, and even Dry Spell. There are a few other unique removal cards.
If we need to gain life for any reason, such as a fast aggro decks, we have a couple Extort creatures in Basilica Screecher and Syndicate Enforcer. Additionally, Tendrils of Corruption can do a bit of damage, as well as Gray Merchant of Asphodel.
To finish off the game, we have some big creatures that aren't easy to kill, such as Benthic Giant and Horror of the Dim. Our other big creatures often have value attached to them, such as AEthersnipe and Prescient Chimera.
There are a lot of other facets to the deck, but those point out a lot of them. If you have questions or suggestions, please share!
