I've tried it and individual designs seemed to be the way to go for me as opposed to thematic. A theme may pull it all together as a project though. If you start something here on salvation, ill be around your thread to keep you motivated at least.
Stingg is sweet. There are a lot of directions to take the lore you provided and I believe you found a good one. The Slizt clan sneaks (flashes) in, fires a volley of death(touch hopefully), and leaves opponents wounded. Good stuff.
Perhaps a few considerations:
Make this a Lizard instead of Viashino. Just as we have sentient hounds cats snakes etc we ought to reinforce that we don't necessarily have to have our tribes all over the place. Unless you specifically want these to be dragon-kin id go Lizard but not a biggie.
The card is super clean right now but maybe restrict abilities more to archers or something. Haste is pretty good in EDH and unless I drop a deathtoucher to shoot arrows then I might as well drop fatties. Though custom cards usually have a more casual intent behind them so it's likely fine
I've played a ton with Muldrotha already and I'll be posting a thread soon with my list. There are going to be a million ways to build Muldrotha. What follows are cards that are in my list or ice considered or may add in the future.
Muldrotha Protection (very important to run at least two of these. Probably at least three though. Vanishing has been absolutely amazing with Muldrotha. Why? Because you get to protect your engine without paying for Muldrotha again.)
Seal of Doom is bad. Don't run it. Sinister Concoction is much better and it fuels the yard. The same is true with Executioner's Capsule. This is not a Glissa deck.

A similar question I asked was solved involving Lotus Bloom. Since Bloom doesn't have a cost I can't cast it from the yard. Maybe the same is true for DA. Not positive though
Tasigur is able to build temporary allies sometimes and other times he can be not great. In contrast, Muldrotha will not make you any allies unless the whole table for some reason needs you to keep a fresh pernicious deed out there every turn (you might detect my sarcasm). Perhaps Kess needs you to keep hitting her library with Gonti and Mindseeker lol. But wait Atlas, Kess wants cards in the gr... Bojuka Bog on repeat! Command Beacon on loop. Muldrotha is very good but you'll get pressured heavily if there isn't another major threat.
I'm running animate dead, dance of the dead, and necromancy. These three enchantments and a sac outlet, perhaps greater good and ashnods, WILL break the table's back.
My main concern, and it's likely just my list, there's no winning on the spot. There is just chipping away and life totals until it's over. I'll say this though, I milled a player out with Mindseeker over three turns!! That's not easy in Commander but apparently can be a back up win con later game!!
Conclusion: Muldrotha in general, or perhaps my list, is flexible to the state of the game. Individual lists will have their own tone but I suggest y'all at least try an etb abuse list if possible. I can post my list to anyone interested or message it.
i've played nearly 30 games with Muldrotha and let me tell you! pretty good. i've built the deck around abusing etb triggers running, panharmonicon, the closet, helm of the host, strionic and what not. Muldrotha is gitrog and glissa in a single card but gives you blue too... played against darien, zacama, and kess. i've seen a lot of lists going heavy on self mill and i'd say that strategy is good but risky. with my current build bouncing back from grave hate isn't too bad. love it!
I think the design of Reyel is trying to extend the usefulness of haste after its first turn on the battlefield. And to that end, I like it but I just need to get used to it being something I care about beyond t1.
I like sustenance. Simple design. It doesn't have to be black but it definitely can. It has multiple conditions to meet before being maximized so I believe it's fine

E Wit obviously not tutor but when you have a full yard it's very good as a stand in tutor.Ramp
I cast Phantasmal Image (or any clone) from graveyard as Muldrotha. I let the original die.
Can I play another land from the yard this turn?
Also, I am still not clear about Tribal on a card like Lignify
Can I play Lignify as tribal from yard and still play another enchantment from yard?
Can I play Dryad Arbor from my graveyard as a creature or only as a land?
Thanks
can i respond once i know the outcome of the coin flip or only to the activation?
thank you
I have Vedalken Orrery in play.
Opponent casts a noncreature spell.
Can I counter their spell by casting Glen Elendra Archmage from my graveyard and activating her ability?
Can I cast a card with morph from my graveyard as a facedown morph creature if I have Muldrotha in play?
thanks
