This is an awesome card.
Question, did you not want this effect to be in place if only you had a Legend? But I totally understand the logic behind the dueling aspect of it.
Good work.
A rare that is heavily dependent on a mythic will have absolutely zero presence in Limited. But it is a solid, if narrow, Constructed card. Although it needs a "shuffle your library" clause.
Maybe something more like
Kiora's Guard GU
Creature - Merfolk Soldier
Defender
If Kiora's Guard would die or be exiled from the battlefield, you may search your library for up to three cards named Kiora's Guard, reveal them, and put them into your hand, then shuffle your library. If you do, put Kiora's Guard on the bottom of its owner's library.
2/2
However, I seriously doubt she will be UG. I am sure she will favour creature-based strategies, being a Merfolk and thus the iconic blue beater, but I doubt that just because she is in a UGdeck she will be UG.
She is confirmed to be UG but everything is always subject to change I suppose. Nissa was GB and then was printed only G
So we all know that Kiora Atua is Blue Green from the article on the Magic website.
Here is my version of Kiora.
1st ability is Coiling Oracle, classic blue and green magic. Green ramp if it's a land and blue card draw if it's not a land. Also the ramp has synergy with Kiora's character as a master of deep sea monsters.
2nd ability seems to be a popular one for planeswalkers. Protecting yourself is definitely important but I didn't want her protection to give her an offensive advantage. So I chose to create a protector creature made specifically for her use, much like Nissa's Chosen.
3rd ability is Mass Polymorph with a twist. Can you find the difference? It's the word "may". This helps with your Legendary monstrosities.
Anyway, please comment about my Kiora, but please be constructive and positive. This is for a deck with my friends so yeah.
Hey guys and gals I am developing a green white Garruk, Primal Hunter and Gideon Jura deck for competitive Standard. I have a shell already made but don't want tainted opinions. So please share how you would go about it. You can focus on any deck type. Thank you:)
What would happen if you activated Gideon's 0 ability to make him a 6/6 and enchanted him with Angelic Destiny?
Does the AD fall of at the end of turn and you enchanted another legal target? Or does it go back into your hand? I have no idea so please help me out.

Give a guy a hand.
Thanks
Kiora's Guard is intended for use with the Planeswalker, Kiora Atua, that can be found here http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showthread.php?t=340193
Please comment but be positive. These cards are being used for fun within a group of my friends.

The point is to see how other people would construct a deck around these two Planeswalkers. Not to help me edit mine.
