The cards stay exiled and there is nothing saying that you can't cast a second Planeswalker casting one of the previously exiled creatures.
Yes there is. Rules check, judge! It's the same premise as when a creature blinks. The game looks and sees a new creature. Each instance of this PW says ~this~ exiles the top 3, if a new PW enters(even if it has the same name as the previous one) it will still look and see that ~this PW~ hasn't exiled any cards, and cannot use its second ability because the exiled cards were exiled by ~that PW~. Hope that clears things up.
Heeeey guys! I just did a quick search of mill stuff and here's what I found:there aren't any other cards ever printed( that I can find) that exile the top 3 cards of an opponents library every turn, the closest I could find was curse of the bloody tome, which was only 2 cards and it put them in the graveyard, bleh! I also did some math, here's what I found out: players start with 60 cards in their library, and each draw 7 to get the game rolling, that's 53 cards(keeping up?). If you play this guy on turn 3 (50cards)then mill every turn, it will win you the game in 12 turns! All you have to do is keep him around( this would normally be difficult, but I found out that he basically starts with 5 loyalty( hit points)). I also found other cards too, it's true! Some if the cards I found also take cards from your opponents library and put them directly into their graveyard! One of them even puts 8 cards there. That's like three whole turns less to win(now we're at 9). And there's another planeswalker card that puts 10 into the graveyard, each turn. With just 2 activations, that's 20 cards!(7 turns, now we're at 2). Seems pretty good. Turn 2 breaking, turn 3 this guy, turn 4 supreme verdict, turn 5 jace, memory adept,t2(8) +t3(3)+t4(3)+t5(3+10)+t6(3+10)=40cards+six draws=46. Possibly on turn six your opponent may have a mere 7 cards left in their library. And to top it all off, your opponent loses the game if they can't draw a card! Win!
I know this is just me being a pervy old man and all, but if they give me enough nymphs in different colors I might have to try to put together some sort of nymph themed edh deck at some point in the future.

Vesuva will citp with the 10 ice counters on it so you still need a way to remove them. TS will citp as itself so it can copy DD without ever having the ice counters.
Right sorry, brain lag, I was thinking of clone + counters effects rather than isolating the cip/etb ability, thanks for clearing that up:)
This is true. Once his effect has resolved, it's permanent for the entire match. It does not matter if he leaves the field in any way after that. As long as his initial cast resolves, they will not be able to play the card you named.
Thing is, if you name fire, then they can no longer player fire and by extension, they can no longer play ice because ice requires you to play fire first to play it.
This is wrong, on all accounts. Firstly, if counsel of the absolute leaves play the opponent can then cast the named card. Nowhere on the card does it say "rest of the game" much less "match"; it works like this because the effect that prohibits the action is no longer on the battlefield. Secondly, if your opponent names 'give' you can play 'take', however you can no longer cast 'give//take' as a fused spell, you do not cast give in order to cast take when casting as an individual spell. Please make sure you know the actual rulings on cards before you tell people otherwise.
Edit: I posted this as soon as I read the persons evaluation, turns out in the next post, someone already cleared it up.
Thought to add this here, cause I dont know if that was a Planeswalker name or not??
Wait, I didnt read the last part, so it was called Kiroa Atua in the title, cause it was based on the Duels 2012 deck.... I didnt know, so guess I failed there.... sorry....
Was this just trolling? It's been said and done over and over again, no fish lady in RTR. It was in the first page and possibly the OP. the new PW is in the RTR trailer somewhere, which is also why this walker is unconfirmed.
Is it me hallucinating, or does it seem like there is a small Donald Duck caught inside?
No, there is definatly a duck trapped inside that gem. Perhaps some sort of allusion towards a duck creature type, darkwater egg was probably another sign too! Can't wait for this set! Darkwing duck planeswalker anyone?!?! Yeah!

I liked how when I had a reasonable question, one person actually explained it, and you just turned into a piece
