Any testing done so far?
I used to have fun with essence backlash vs a friend that enjoyed playing big creatures possibly counter a death shadow and do fun damage
Don't think I've commented in a little while, but so far still having the most fun with black so been sticking to it. Been playing with the deck below. Anyone else having fun with Throne?
I've played around with it the last few times I've gone to my local shop. I really like what it does and want to continue testing. Just haven't played enough games to know if it's for real or just fun. Really glad to see more people testing it though!
I'm really enjoying it as a 2 of so far it feels like a strong card to me early or late. It can be a bad topdeck but it's nice to burn my opponent every turn and adds up fast
Nebelgast herald is fun in the deck and has won me some games I only currently use 1. I still want to test out nimble obstructionist
Has anyone been testing it?
i think monument is worth a shot. a vial spirit deck has been done and never caused a big stir. Maybe a vial list isn't for spirits..
True always worth testing. The lower cost would help. Would you replace green with black or keep two colors. Could work for a couple spells. If we get rid of green I like a black splash, a lot of creatures being able to get flash you may be right about vial. What about As Foretold does that let you cast your flash creature on your opponents turn?
I think 3 is max for monument. I'm also wondering if we should stick to UW if we are playing with monument and remove coco completely.
Yeah if your going up use monument I don't see using CoCo your diluting your cards you want too much. But if your removing CoCo for monument would you use it over vial? Also like you said 3 is a good number for monument but would you consider blue one also? Keeping opponents stuffed tapped sounds solid too maybe a 2-1, but then I don't know I would use it over vial in that case. I know in the UW thread they are talking about black splash for Supernatural Stamina lingering souls and fatal Push along with sideboard discard options.
if u use vials, then it won't trigger the monument. which is a nonbo. i think a uw shell is a more solid shell to start of with, then u can decide if you want to add a 3rd colour.
I meant more is it worth using the monument over vial? Your really going to choose one or the other
What do you guys think of the black splash? If green was removed

I think it looks like a lot of fun. I don't think I'll ever get the canopies but the rest I have pretty much. I'd miss my Shaman but looks like a fun alternative. The pieces easily picked apart
They talked about it a few pages back. It was too slow for MD. It has a great spot in the side, but hard to take things out for it.
Thank you that was my greatest fear indeed. Anyway played a deluding FNM yesterday..lost to Blue Moon and Burn...easy win on shadow by the way.
Tough matchups Eidolon can be a pain in the ass. Hate facing burn. I try to do azban do blood moon really messes with me too. Might go back to GB only but hadn't really had enough time to play for much testing with a small white splash
Hi guys. I taken back my GB elf deck and even if you're discussing the new spoiler, does anybody tried bestiary MD? just goldfishing for now, but some time it let you combo off from nowwhere and put letal damage with shaman ( 2 nettle+heritage is gas). thank you.

it is of note that in this deck, with so many mana producing creatures, we often have the choice to advance the boardstate OR deal damage - with the only exception of Shaman, this is why it's so good. This artifact gives the chance to singlehandedly resolve the problem, and this should be very good in matches where pressure is important (the 4 power factor in control matchups, but also valakut, and tron)
I know the artifact has to be maximum a 2-of but it's still interesting.
Also it could make playing Bramblesnap not a terrible idea (jut a bad idea)! =)
I like the idea of this card. Definitely sounds good. I'm hoping it's good in practice also. Bramble sounds funny to use. Rishkar sounds better to me though. Love my Mana dorks. Both are probably a bad choice though

Also possibly logic knot could be useful

Preorded a set of Nimble Obstructionist they were pretty cheap. Think they sounded underrated and def agree with

What would you sub for Lilly?
Looks like he's building around Voldaren Pariah would be why weaponcraft is there. Not sure if I like him but always good to test
