Brainstorm and FoW are never getting banned. They hold together Legacy too much. Honestly I feel Legacy would be fine without Brainstorm, people would just run Ponder and Preordain instead. Its not a powerful card, its only good when you can shuffle dead cards away like with fetches.
Black Vise really needs to be unbanned though. I doubt it will make any changes to the format at all, no one wants their opponent having more than 4 cards in their hand, unless they can't cast them. Maybe in a Stax deck? It just seems like no one at Wizards has gone through and evaluated it.
Earthcraft can probably be safely unbanned. It would make Elves better, but I doubt it would be broken and it would make Enchantress better. Enchantress is probably the deck that would benefit the most as they are already increasing the power of their basics with things like Utopia Sprawl.
Emrakul has the most destructive potential in that it just goes around and eats Planes, but she doesn't really seem to do anything apart from act on instinct
Nicol Bolas is less powerful, but by virtue of his centuries of planning and experience he is probably the most dangerous person in the multiverse.
The only 2 main deck DR targets I would consider running are Iona and Elesh Norn.
Iona is the one I usually have because she increases my win percentages versus combo decks, especially the ones that can untap and kill us after we've made a huge number of zombies.
Elesh Norn I'd run if my meta is full of tiny creature decks such as Elves, D&T, Goblins, etc. but not Delver.
I tested FKZ, in 8 rounds it won me a single game.

Spells and abilities you control with X in their cost cannot be countered.
Whenever you cast a spell with X in it's cost you may have ~ deal X damage to target creature or player where X is the mana spent on the X
I have worldspine wurm as my shuffler. I bring it in against Painter, hard control decks like Miracles, and Show and Tell, because I love when someone cast Show and Tell and I put a 15/15 into play that if it dies I get 15 more power in tokens.

Legendary artifact creature - Assembly-Worker 4t: Put a 2/2 colorless Assembly-Worker artifact creature token onto the battlefield t: Assembly-Worker creatures you control gets +2/+2 until end of turn. t: add X mana to your mana pool where X is the number of Assembly-Worker creatures you control. Spend this mana only to cast artifact spells or activate artifact abilities

Though he once worked the line, now he controls it.
Next: A Red, Green, or Gruul colored commander who gives a Morton's fork.
The reason is fairly simple: It prevents you from decking yourself in the event you Dread ReturnBalustrade Spy and somehow fail to combo kill. It helps in the Miracles match up where you don't really want to combo off and would rather just keep attacking with Ichorids, Nether Shadows, and zombies by making it harder to deck you. It also saves us from Painter's Servant-Grindstone, allowing us to combo off on our next turn.
Kruniux Battlebark2(R/G)(R/G)(R/G)
Legendary Creature - Treefolk Warrior
Haste, Doublestrike, Reach, Trample 2(R/G): ~ assigns combat damage with it's toughness until the end of the turn.

Go on the slow dredge plan, stop bringing back Ichorids once you have a decent amount of zombies.
If possible, force them to keep putting Top back onto their deck by poking them with therapies.
Postboard cut out LEDs and Breakthroughs
Really the card that should worry you the most is Batterskull. You can race Entreat the Angels just like you can race Empty the Warrens, however the lifelink from b-skull is annoying, but more importantly, they can bounce it to kill the germ token and exile bridges.

Have you considered Mwonvuli Beast Tracker to help search out your Hornet Queens?
You also may want more ways to abuse your ramp outside of just Hornet Queen. With how much Green mana you generate I recommend Wolfbriar Elemental. While it can't make much use out of Closet it does work well with Parallel Lives and Coat of Arms
So what are people's thoughts on the UR Delver match up, I played against it 4 times at the SCG Philly Open and only won a single time.
It feels a lot like Burn but able to swarm the field and easily exile Bridges.
