I don't think you understand how liquefy works. Also, in "thundering," you put an instant from your hand where? Into play? Because you don't "put" instants into play, you cast them.

if you are playing GW, Travel Preparations is just unreal. I had two in my deck, and the games were over incredibly fast, even if I had a crappy 1/1 and a 2/2 out, i could make them into a 3/3 and a 4/4 for only 4 mana, which makes a world of difference.
The art on this card is beautiful, but it doesn't fit the card at all. There is literally nothing to suggest red or white mana, and everything to suggest the other three colors. I think this piece was probably meant for something else, and re appropriated to the card.
