You only have ~13 red sources, which makes casting turn 3 anger of the gods really hard. You need 19 to cast it on turn 3 with a 90% rate. I'd go for pyroclasm.
I'm not a fan of izzet charm, it gets dead too fast in this deck. And this deck has no problem killing 2 mana creatures. And the looting mode isn't good since you can't pitch lands to it since you need them for colonnades, and revelations and snapcasters. In the same vein, i'm not sure I like lighthouse either. I'd rather play another tec edge or calciform pools.
Other than that, your deck looks fine. So I can't really comment on why you got crushed by twin since I didn't get to watch the match.
sorry i dont know how to tag the cards, but i loved izzet charm it did every thing from killing a pstermite to countering a birthing pod i used every mode on it like against affinity i had to loot to look for answers some times you loot for land, loot house late game is awesome with 8+ land out u just dig for what you need

hi guys i just came in 4th at a 53 man gpt loosing to tempo twin in top 8 and that match much up felt very bad at no point was i applying pressure to him i couldnt play anything he played so many counters i didnt know what to do so my question is how do i fight tempo twin
i played epic experiment before seething song was banned it was powerful so after the ban i tried to make it work the problem was a real need for a third ritual to really have consistantancy but you can play it with pyromancer ascension so you can get big mana effect.
@ memorylapse please don't try and high jack another thread uwr midrange became hard to read go make a primer in deck creation and leave it their please
the thing about master of waves it dodges a lot of the good removal it dodges bolt and abrupt decay that's kinda huge and if you have kira out its even harder

Hello all, I am new to the Modern game scene and to this forum site as well. I have been playing WUR delver for about a month now, and was not happy with the 1 drop slot creature that wasn't delver. I tried grim lavamancer, goblin guide, stepp lynxx, and figure of destiny. None of them seemed to do it for me. I am currently testing out using deathrite shaman in my deck. Feedback would be great :D! Thanks
why not path to exile over vapor snag? i feel like in this format the creatures have so much value that you want it dead and never coming back
i agree i have been very disappointed with all the other one drops, i am down to testing stromkirk noble now don't take this the wrong way but i am not feeling deathrite shaman you have to splash two different colors really hurts your mana base were i would rather play slayer's stronghold and moorland haunt

My favorite full art land thread I think it was RTR where someone acually had a picrure of the lands but they were sideways so when you tap them they are the correct angle those I would love to see
To me the big difference between swath and the resonator is you can play resinator t2 and leave it with swath you cant just play it and pass and the minus of seething song it is harder to play swath while storming. But what do you guys think about the version playing young pyromancer, empty the Warren's and Bush whacker
this may sound silly but i picked this deck up after seething song got banned i just grabbed the cards from friends to try, and i did not have enough fetchs for lynx so i ran vexing devil and it worked surprisingly well because i felt like the deck was a glorified burn deck it usually burned them which was fine the when my opponent was to low on life and i was top decking it was a 4/3 and would usually make them chump.
unfortunately my buddy wanted ithem back so i didn't get to really put the work in with him and tried goblin guide which was terrible i mean really bad he just didn't do the damage he did in standard or legacy
People keep talking about storm and seething song, i have played storm in modern since modern was announced as a format i loved it but yes the banning of seething song really put the nail in the coffin my opinion is they should have banned goblin electromancer that card is the reason you could win on turn three with little chance of whiffing if they banned him then the deck would become the turn four win that is acceptable
