There is a phone number on the back of the sleeves. It reads TEL 03-3864-0343. Google searching that phone number leads to Kato Km Corporation. It's hard to tell (as I don't read Japanese) whether this is the manufacturer or just the exporter. Either way, the international trade log shows that Kato Km provides Tundra, LLC (the sole US distributor of KMC sleeves and owner of the aforementioned website) with its product. I think it's safe to assume that Kato Km Corporation is as close to the source as you can get.Posted in: Magic General
Edit: The address is 4 14 11 Kuramae Taito, Tokyo, Japan. -

Loomis2459 posted a message on Non stop shuffling of hand.Doing things to intentionally distract your opponent after they've asked you politely to stop isn't a mind trick or psychological warfare. It's simply bad sportsmanship. These are the type of people that yell at someone during their back-swing in golf to gain an edge.Posted in: Magic General
Problem with Magic is that is has become more and more about "Get the win by any means" rather than etiquette and good sportsmanship. I like to win, don't get me wrong, but I want to do it a clean manner and within the spirit of the game. Clarifying board states, making sure information is clear, and that both players are aware of the game state is simply being decent.
Integrity, the truth, decent human behavior...that gets hurt when you angle shoot constantly. It's become a frequently increasing state of Magic in general - even at something as meaningless and what's supposed to be a low level scene like FNM. Have to agree also - being mindful of your impact and your relationship with other people is an important part of society in general.
That and playing with six Elvish Archdruid's since you only get a game loss when they finally deck check you. Still a PTQ win though. -

I'm pretty sure the very existence of this product has proven that there isn't. - To post a comment, please login or register a new account.

This video http://youtu.be/OTfQsREpXrE has a lot of comparison shots and details about them, stretch tests etc., as well as a look at the Ultra Pro SLAYER sleeves and the Legion Elder Dragon Lair.

I also wish they'd give promos of value and use in standard but that we can't use in our limited decks.

Legions are very strong, but avoid the glossy sleeves and go for matte.
They can work with double-sleeving, but it is very tricky and not ideal and I don't recommend it. For single sleeving, however, they are awesome. Again, stay away from the glossy and get the matte.

Couple that with the incredible success of sets like Conspiracy, and a lot of folks are going to wonder why they bother with a core at all.

You forgot "Going full Fred Flintstone."
I know it sounds trite, but it is true: repeat to yourself "It's just a game...I should really just relax." Calm down. It's a game of cards. There will be other tournaments. Luck plays a factor, a large one. You can't win every coin flip.
