I havent found another place to post this question.
But I´m searching for Toploaders (you know the rigid plastic ones for collecting purposes) that are actually perfectly clear, cause most ive found always had a blue tint. but when ordering cards online, some sellers also send the cards in toploaders that were perfectly clear without any blue tint.
Con someone tell me where to find those absolutely clear toploaders?
Why is this card good? its an instant bounce-spell on a bad surprise blocker...
Yes you can play the first half and then the second half any time you like, ut still both halves seem pretty underwhelming to me. Yes with bounce it becomes a buyback disperse but if you want the creature half to actually surprise-kill an attacking flyer, you wouldn´t be able to reuse it by bouncing right.
but yea maybe its package is all you neeed to slow down your opponent, but still im a bit confused about its rarity... this would have been an awesome uncommon, but rare or even mythik idk...
So it does Cumulate and i can start with multiples right?
So when i have 2 of these Leylines in the opening hand, my first Llanowar Elf will make GGG instead of G?
Does that mean i can potentially play Nissa on Turn 2?
Ok i tweaked the list a bit to go all in on swarming. Simple but effective: Play many flyers for a fast Sephara or Loxodon or fast damage with the Lord-Effects.
But why would you play Rustwing Falcon over it? In most situations i would always chose flash above 2 toughness instead of one, especially when you want to get out Sephara fast (wich is also why i included Curious Obsessions) and as i said it also bypasses sorcery-removal and lets you chose to play your instants instead, the only situation where the Falcon is better is against mono reds Goblin Chainwhirler or maybe Fanatical Firebrand but i might be missing something.
But you have a point with syncopate, i might play Quench instead.
But wouldn't you agree that Spectral Sailor is better than Rustwing Falcon?
Flash ist still a pretty good upside when you play instants especially when you have some lords out it can become a pretty good surpise blocker and the mana sink is still a nice bonus even though we might not use it that often.
@darrenhabib - UW control would be cool but even then, with Teferi and Lyra still around not sure. Maybe after rotation hits.
True Siren Stormtamer is a must as it con protect Sephara and also protect you from sacrificing to stuff like Sttle the Wreckage and also counter burn. I would drop Rustwing Falcon as it there are better options now with Spectral Sailor wich ads a pretty good mana-sink, but the most important upside is it having flash, wich allows you to decide if you want to uyes the mana on him or Opt/Counterspells and you can play it at your opponents end of turn, bypassing sorcery removal, so it would be more likely that you can cast Syphara during your next turn.
My List is still in the making but i would go with something like this:
I think there are enough strategys that could already implement this beast, for example the blue list that combined cheap flyers with Curious Obsession, now with a white splash ad Dovin, Grand Arbiter and this Angel and you might end up, casting it on turn three, then play Spark Double next turn to close the game, in UW colours you can also ad Loyal Pegasus and Spectral Sailor for more consystency. Or maybe go for the Izzet-Drakes Build and splash white to go Jeskay, i think there might be enough options for this angel.
I think this is maybe the best card in the set, at least for standard, i mean this is so much value for just a single card, and as i already described, there are soo many cards and strats, that can make it even Better.
Mr.Crabs will definetly leave a mark in Standard.

Also does this afect Cards like Mysterious Pathlighter?
Its also intresting that this thing partly disables both the Green and the Black mythic artifact...
