Actually, legality of the play depends on the order the Fiend Hunter triggers were stacked. The way Thought Criminal stacked them, it works, the other way, player B would have 2 choices:
1. Emrakul stays exiled
2. Emrakul never leaves the battlefield
In neither case is Emrakul re-entering the battlefield
Here's why:
Stack after Fiend Hunter returns:
TOP
LTB trigger (Return Steel Helkite
ETB trigger (May Exile Emrakul)
BOTTOM
LTB trigger resolves:
TOP
ETB trigger for Hellkite from the plane (targeting Fiend Hunter)
ETB trigger (May Exile Emrakul)
BOTTOM
Fiend Hunter dies, and we have
TOP
LTB trigger (Return Emrakul)
ETB trigger (May Exile Emrakul)
BOTTOM
So either Emrakul gets exiled forever, or it never gets exiled at all.
What no one seems to have realized is that the Ooze Flux doesn't just interact with evolve, it also interacts with UNDYING!!! If you have a Geralf's Messenger with a +1/+1 counter that's about to die, just remove the counter for 1G and it comes back.
Both the creation of the 3/3 and populate happen during the spell's resolution. So there is no chance to respond between them.
This is similar to any other spell that does several things, like Ponder. There is no chance for any player to cast spells between the different things the spell does.
As a side note, there are no triggers involved in the situation you describe.

I don't even think he's good in Pod. Pod was testing Myr Superion for a while and dropped it because it was a dead draw and also was something that would stop pod chains dry. You'd much rather have a continuous chain of creatures that do things when the CIP or die.
Myr Superion is dead draw since you will usually pitch your mana creatures to Pod. This is usually not a dead draw because your opponent will have killed some of your creatures and if you have pod out you will be putting more creatures into the graveyard, so exiling 3 from the 'yard is not a problem.
Plague Spitter is right, there are 6 lands remaining: numbers 239 and 243-247.
I suspect we'll get 1 special land (it might be something like Evolving Wilds, which actually fits in that slot) in 239 and a cycle (1 or 2 colored) in the 243-247 range, the cycle will most likely have the same first word (like Vivid lands did, which unfortunately do not fit there :().
So, does this mean that an activated Lavaclaw Reaches now reads:
"1: +3/+0"
???
Because that would be pretty silly. Stack multiple Training Grounds and Lavaclaw Reaches becomes absolutely terrifying. IF THIS WORKS, then with 4 Grounds down, Reaches activates for 1BR and then you pay 1 to make it an 11/2, 2 to make it a 20/2. Ridiculous.
So here's a question that I'm unsure on. Let's say I have a creature with a pump ability. Putrid Leech is a good example. I know that If my opponent has a Grizzly Bears and declares it as the blocker. I can pump the leech to a 4/4 before damage thus killing the bear and keeping my leech alive. But what about a "no blocker" scenario? Can my opponent declare "no blockers" during the "Declare Blockers" step and before damage is dealt pump my Leech to a 4/4? For instance
Player {A} declares Ptrid leech as the attacker.
Player {B} has no creatures and thus delcares no blockers.
Player {A} pumps the leech to a 4/4 and hits the opponent for 4.
Is that scenario right? Or is the Leech not able to be pumped since there are no blockers and thus only deals 2 damage?
Yes, that i still valid, since you will still receive priority in the declare blockers step
For the first question, no. Both creatures are being placed in the graveyard at the same time.
You are correct in that they go to the graveyard at the same time, BUT the ability still triggers. (see the example for CR 410.10d for a similar situation). Clarification: yes you can take control of the bears.
Zomg, not another one of those Cascade questions :D.
But seriously, if I Cascade into a Boom with, let's say with a Bloodbraid Elf, can I play the Bust part for free? I mean, I should be able to right? Since the cmc of Boom/Bust is 2 and 6, like, similar how you can imprint Research on Isochron Scepter and play Development off of it right?
I believe that this does in fact work, but I may be wrong, we need to wait for the FAQ/Comp Rules update to answer this question definitively (since we still don't know the exact rule wording for cascade).
Something no one has yet mentioned (as far as I've seen): this says every turn, that means even what you play on opponents' turns can get cascade from this. (Say hello to an instant Cruel Ultimatum off of Broken Ambitions)

Commander - Constructed $5 4 2 boosters per eliminated player
Commander - Limited $30 4 2 boosters per eliminated player
I assume that Commander-Constructed is just your garden variety commander, but what is Commander-Limited? Does anyone know or have ideas?
That works :evillol:.
