I've going to vote against the Night Whispers. It's handy to have as many Sign in Blood variants as possibly, but it's time to cut cards and this one is not vital to the strategy. it's good to get the Necro/Bargain out asap, but we need to trim. voting out four.

Mindbender Spores, Saproling Burst, Parallax Tide, Midsummer Revel- plenty other options for a passive/aggressive Proliferate.
If i could, drop a Cornucopia for another Tide. Proliferate triggers > expensive mana rock.
