Kahmos posted a message on [[Official]] [Developing] B/R Demon PostPosted in: Standard ArchivesQuote from EpicRiceWait guys what about Angel's Tomb with Avacyn Scroll? I mean that can go really good with one another. Beside this probably triggers well with seclusion or demonic rising.
In a deck with no creatures coming into play, its hardly going to be effective to play an artifact that works when creatures come into play. (The only time is if the enchantment activates, so its rarely if ever going to happen.)
Quote from Red4winJust wondering why no one is running faithless looting? It seems like a good card that would help you find what you need and get some cards in the gy to start cycling.
I run them, I think they're necessary actually. -

Uii posted a message on Your favorite phrases while playing?Posted in: Magic GeneralQuote from doofythepaladinOpponent: "Swing for one." (or two, something largely irrelevant in the early game)
Me: "Ow!"
Sometimes I'll react as if I've actually been hit with something. Always amuses the kids.
I also do that!
Also personal favorite when I have Sphinx of Jwar Isle in play: "In response!(to a totally irrelevant action)" Then proceed to look at the top of the deck multiple times. -

In California we're not allowed to Soulbond Wolfir Silverhearts with one another yet due to Prop 8. -

JohnnoCox posted a message on Is Jund King?Posted in: ModernQuote from WorstBandNameEverInfect, which people call combo, is still swinging with creatures and pumping them and it's competitive. Affinty is another creature based engine deck that competitive as well.
People call infect combo? I was going to post it as an example of aggro, maybe I could see calling it combo if there were only a few cards that had infect or only a few cards to pump them up... but as it is you can have a 20/20 split of low cost infect creatures and lower cost pump spells for a very consistent certainly not combo sort of deck. -

I'd definitely consider someone jumping out of their truck a few feet in front of the officer, knife or no knife, to be charging.
So...you don't understand what the word "charging" means?
I think I see the source of your confusion. -

1. Tarmogoyf comes down as a 3/4 to 5/6 without the need for investing a buttload of cards; and,
2. He stays that way at the end of your turn.
Psychatog is poop. -

krimsonviper posted a message on [Primer]The Walking Dead (Zombardment)He's actually card disadvantage as he isn't filing up your hand, and they can 2 for 1 you by killing the token while they have no creatures on the board. You'll have to kill one of your own.Posted in: Developing (Legacy) - To post a comment, please login or register a new account.
