so basically if someone were to start throwing nukes every where they would just imolate the entire nation and null the stragic part of the game and turn it into a race to the nukes.....

they would get no advantage by nuking someone....and then everybody else would hate them and attack them to try to get rid of the threat of being completely destroyed by a single plane....

OOC:Okay, just letting you know that I am going to be in a place with Dial up (bleh) for about a week, I will still post expenses but I probably will not be doing much else as I hate dealing with dial up.

well with the twiddle version color(except blue) is no problem but the heartbeat version has to have a decent amount of basic lands to get going.

Its the fact that they put it in the budget before even BEGINNING THE VOTE that warrents the expulsion.

Plus their past utter disreguard for the opinions of other nations and their eagerness for war on countries THAT ARE NOWHERE NEAR THEM that does not warrent any leway for the thoughtless breaking of MDI policy.

They are even further from the rest of the world that my country of Australia is and they are purposefully trying to get into wars with nations in the hopes that the rest of the MDI will join them.

Mabey, I'll have to do more testing to see If having a familiar would allow more freedom on a regular basis, my only quam is that its white, I tend to shy away from 3+ color decks, especially decks that have so many cards with double mana costs in them.

Australia would like to voice the fact that the nation of New Zealand has started an atomic weapons program with out the consent from the MDI counsel.
