What I think is an auto-include in any Commander deck, whichs Commander can gain +1/+1 counters, is cauldron of souls.
Also, if I see it right, you play maybe 4 cards that draw you cards. Which, according to my experiences, would leave you empty handed quite quickly, hoping to topdeck something useful. I'd up that to 10 to 12 card drawers.
I dropped Cauldron of Souls for Avacyn, Angel of Hope because the former wasn't able to save my tokens from removal while the latter could (in most instances). I will give it another try.
The card advantage situation isn't quite as bad as it seems, as you can always Green Sun's Zenith, Chord of Calling, or Tooth and Nail for Regal Force, which almost always draws at least six cards. I certainly wouldn't mind having more card advantage, but I haven't found many things worth adding.
In my experience, they are good because Karador tends to attract a lot of removal, so redundancy for your General's ability (more or less) is at least worthy of consideration. There have been many games where I was unable to keep Karador around for more than a turn at a time, and having those cards allowed me to abuse my graveyard even without him around. However, if he sticks around consistently in your gameplay experience, then I agree that those cards are definitely less desirable.

33 lands seems really low. Have you had problems at that number?
Cards such as Genesis, Phyrexian Reclamation, Unburial Rights, Dread Return, etc. seems unnecessary with Karador. Why waste a slot returning them to your hand or reanimating them, when you can just cast them with Karador? Is there is something I am missing?
Not playing High Market or Phyrexian Tower seems like a mistake. Those two have been huge for me.
Looking for help/suggestions for this Ghave EDH deck. After adding in a few of the spoiled RTR cards, the deck sits at 101 cards. Unfortunately, I am at a loss as to which card gets cut. Suggestions?

Patriarch's Bidding is crazy in tribal decks.
Riptide Replicator makes scarecrow/sliver/wizard/zombie/whateveryouneed tokens.
Try to add the tri-lands from Shards of Alara.
Tormod's Crypt -> Nihil Spellbomb
Daring Apprentice -> Draining Whelk
Go for the Throat -> Spin into Myth
Swiftfoot Boots -> Thornbite Staff
Anything -> Return to Dust

Have you tried any of the M13 rings? Ring of Kalonia and Ring of Xathrid seem pretty good.
Protean Hydra is another goodie. Using Ghave to remove counters from it triggers the double counters at end of turn.
Oversold Cemetery is a perfect fit and, luckily enough, costs $4.87.
Pawn of Ulamog is another fairly efficient token maker.
Butcher of Malakir is Grave Pact on a 5/4 flier.
Scrying Sheets and Mouth of Ronom are musts with snow-covered lands.
Insurrection can steal wins and be very entertaining.
Skirk Fire Marshal can be both a wrath and a finisher.
