It's very mechanical (but I think that's just EtR) but this is exactly what I'd expect him to do as town. It's later than I would have liked but shutting out the noise and drama to focus on that feels right.
Dunno. Might go back there at but I guess it's time to breathe.
I think I need to reset. I got caught up defending my points rather than solving the game yesterday.
Okay that does sound like something I'd enjoy. Maybe I'll try to listen to them on the tram home.
I'm actively trying to not post as I'm sure that listening to you and DV talk about nothing is delightful but a great way to get pocketed, but it's delightful and I want to play. So I'm coming up with theories I should not be making and that are way too early to have.
... I know what a LHF is, idk how you thought I was asking a question from my satirical spelling of excuse me... I'm trying to figure out how you came to this...
I didn't realize spelling was an indicator of satire.
I read Tubba's ISO and didn't conclude "scum."
Strong agree. It's not a town read for me but the conviction that he's scum feels wrong to me.
You're not wrong I'm just impatient because it feels like only 3/7 are playing (Osie gets half credit I guess maybe. I dunno. Are the sound clouds worth listening to? I never had the chance.)
Grape thoughts on mind?
Still just want to kill etr?
More or less. I'm not opposed to KA or LnGrrrR instead but they feel more absent than scummy. I should really take a look at mindreaver then your case. I might have fallen for the old pleasant reasonableness trap that always gets me.
To be honest I kind of want to kill Highroller. I'm assuming he's just not available, but maybe he just doesn't know what to do as scum and is panic afk.
Okay I just ISO'd tubba and I came out not seeing scum at all. Yes he voted EtR nakedly but I A don't see that as a bad thing and B feel like his progression of we need to solved this>ohh I forgot to vote>vote looks real. The zeal to lynch both is wrong and shouldn't happen but also doesn't feel agenda'y in the context of his ISO. Feels more overzealous caught up in the moment.
Is there more to the tubba read that I'm missing? Or is just the "we need to kill both EtR and Tau regardless of their flips"? I get that popping to comment on the aggression/saltiness/whatever isn't helpful but it's consistent with his history.
On this as unhelpful as talking about skill level and what constitutes and insult is (especially since it's more likely to have people retreat to their priors and make the game harder to solve) I don't think Tubba's interaction with it is particularly scummy. I vividly remember him coming to KA's defense in situations like this in the past. I'm definitely not saying Tubba can't be scum, but I don't see obvious markers and he started the day well to me.
That's fair. I should have structured it better to convey my real thought. I think Vez is scum but I have little support or reason to do so. More of a belief than a opinion.
As for why I'm poking at it I just found it strange that you and DV both came to that conclusion but I get it now. Dead end
Anyway serious-ish play my gut says Vez is scum. I still haven't listened to a single clip of Osie's, DV is so widely town read with so little push back that I'm simultaneously relieved and alarmed, but mostly relieved. Shadow I don't want to sort yet. Highroller has made 1 post? If I was a day vig I think I'd shoot Osie or Vez right now.
Osie seeming to focus on the shadow is pushing me for gimmick and me for??? feels like >rand to be scum.
Adding the bolding now but do you really think the gut feeling part is stronger than the stated about Osie? I'm really confused by how both you and DV came to this conclusion.
Tension was past the breaking point. Nerves were frayed, tempers short, and the cabin fever was real. Normally pristene safe houses were musty, cluttered, and stank of days old food. Fear and distrust had sunk in and handlers had been cut off. Fear can be a very isolating experience.
