I'm not really getting Wedding Announcement. The card seems really bad to me. The fact you have to transform it means you can't use it as some win con token generator, and it seems way too slow for any aggro deck to want it that is triggering the card draw part.
I don't see what you wanted from Demonic Bargain. You can already cast the card as it goes to your hand, or did you mean for free? The card would be beyond absurd at that point. 3 mana go and get Emrakul and cast it for free? Yer right.
As it is it's mostly a better Grim Tutor for any deck that wants that. Exiling 13 cards is barely even a cost. Grim Tutor isn't particularly great to begin with though. If this shows up it will be in some combo deck as that's the only real type of deck that wants 3 mana tutors.
No, not for free - "you may cast that card this turn and use mana of any color to play it".
I would still play Grim Tutor over this. Exiling 13 cards to gain one is a price too high for me. Unless you have manipulated your library to the highest possible extent, permanently removing potential answers, threats, and resources from your deck seems VERY rash to me.
The blatant powerlevel creep in p/t of creatures becomes kinda painful to witness ... (as there is no way back, it just gets worse)
Without something like Stensia Masquerade or Stromkirk Captain, she's just a beater. She has no evasion whatsoever and can be chump blocked all day. She doesn't even have haste!
Like all the Sorin's except the basic version - looks way too human. Looks like Geralt's college dropout brother.
Love all the Bastien art. It's excellent stuff - the right kind of gentle obscuring effect that I appreciate in Magic artwork.
Chandra art is different, but appreciated - we always see her in various leather and linen guises, with those goggles. She looks almost like she stopped off in Eldraine first before making her way to Innistrad.
Wedding Announcement: Having to jump through hoops for a no-frills anthem? No thanks.
Demonic Bargain: Allows you to dig ridiculously deep for the cost, but exiling a huge chunk of your library just for one card hardly seems worth it. You don't even get a "you may cast that card" tacked on as a pity prize. I'm sure there's scenarios where it'll shine, but I'll stick to Diabolic Tutor.
Grolnok: I can't help but like this. Gets around graveyard hate by creating a personal exile zone that can't be meddled with. Might get me to finally play a self-mill deck. The Threshold frogs won't work with it, unfortunately. Changelings/Arcane Adaption might be your best bet.
I like that secondary ability, but for it to crop up on a Azorius card hurts my soul. Needs to be more common and more generic - an artifact or land instead of a creature.
I don't really care about the secondary commanders - the Rogue is somewhat novel, although if you're in UB, do you really need to jump through those hoops to draw and filter? UB Aristocrats is not yet a well supported archetype, although we are slowly getting there.
Just looking forward to smashing face with zombies.
At least Humans now have a non-Angel tribal leader in Selesnya. Admittedly, it feels like another card in the vein of Hamza, Guardian of Arashin, and where is that now? I used to like counter-based strategies but it's a lot of math to keep up with. Instead of playing weak things that evolve gradually into stronger ones, why not just play big things right out of the gate, like in Gruul?
I loved playing GW humans during original Innistrad block, even though most of the good stuff was in Vampires. Still upset there isn't a 3 mana Selesnyan human lord that completes the cycle from Dark Ascension. Oh well, there's support enough, I suppose.
Wrenn and Seven is a slam dunk inclusion in Windgrace commander decks, good lord.
It's tremendously strong in any land matters deck. Pay zero and provided you have ammo in your hand you get as many landfall triggers as you want. Mow everyone down with Spitfire Lagac and Torbran, Thane of Red Fell for a laugh.
Better is debatable. Stronger? Certainly. But it'll draw instant hate the minute it hits the table, whereas the pinger will likely stick around until it's too late.
Why did you bring a whole ball of elves, Anne? We only needed one.
I read that in zefrank's voice. True Facts about Elves.
And now I am imagining this too
"Imagine if your ears were pointy and you had a bunch of little green friends that would all kick butt with you if you needed to. That is how an elf do."

Infernal Grasp might be the best 2-drop Black removal card out of all of the rest of its kind. Two mana and two life? To get rid of anything without Indestructible or Hexproof? Sign me up.
Don't care about the Giant commander or anything Giant related, really. The Archer, for 2 mana, seems pretty strong - relevant keywords, gets huge if you lard her down with all the cheap equips, and can Divine Verdict for 1 mana if you set it up correctly.
That being said, it also grates across my nerves to see another Selesnya equipment-centric deck.
I desperately want to like it, because I love Auras, but I already have all the cards I need for my enchantress deck.
Kinda want to just throw my hands up and go "Screw this place and all this convoluted BS."
But...
Kinda wanna stay, since this is kind of the biggest MTG forum out there.
Decisions, decisions...
