I am convinced Seb McKinnon cannot possibly make a bad piece of art. He’s one of the best in the game along with Magali Villeneuve and Raymond Swanland.

This is crazy. She isn’t Mom since she can’t protect herself, but she’s a Kor who can give protection from Eldrazi. That’s a great flavor win.

Are you Pondering what I'm Pondering? Unfortunately this is probably not going to see much use outside of Limited.

A cycle of Horizon Canopy-esque lands that produce enemy colors and can be sacrificed to draw a card.

T, Sacrifice Sunbaked Canyon: Draw a card.
Since the river ran dry, travelers wander where fish once swam.

Blood Moon, eat your heart out.

That right there is some amazing utility for just three mana. Basically 4 power's worth of creatures and a draw two effect, which is not too shabby.

Looks like some good Pauper stuff is in here.

EDIT: Didn't see Defile, that is DEFINITELY premium removal for Pauper.

Definetely was made with multiplayer in mind.

And so it is confirmed.

This is a real Future-Sight-level design.

Remember, in constructed decks, every basic land can be replaced with a snow basic without issue...

Yeah, between this, Skred, and Ice-Fang Coatl, I'm itching to brew a Temur Skred deck. However, this plays into a more aggro plan, while The Coatl seems to play more into a control shell. Hopefully a few more cards get printed that can flesh out the deck and provide a clearer direction.

The fact that the art is of a reanimated Phyrexian Negator is so cool it actually makes me kind of irrationally angry. Like, how dare they commission something that rad!

And it still doesn't make mana bloom playable!
