You get cards from the sideboard. Also, you cannot pick Cryptic Command.

Hes talking about demonic tutor being in modern...

    The real wishes were instants.

No....holy **** no here is a list. Living Wish Death Wish Burning Wish Cunning Wish Golden Wish cunning wish started seeing more play after they errata'ed the wishes because wishing for sharahrazad on the stack to go into another subgame was "bad".

Glittering wish has been in decks where its just for value and it still is just less so than youd expect because you basically are dedicating 9+ sb slots to cards in general, playing 3-4 colors makes it more appealing and now youre opening yourself up to blood moon more, and its going to be a bit slow which is fine if you expect a more midrange type of field. http://www.tcdecks.net/deck.php?id=15791&iddeck=117606 here is a list for instance and here is the first one i heard of doing well(saw lists on forums about it but never saw it place in anything ever) http://www.tcdecks.net/deck.php?id=10482&iddeck=76449

Hmm, a black Day of Judgment sounds interesting. I don't think Wizards would want to us to forget Crux of Fate so fast through. Back on topic, a lot of store owners I spoke to will be holding on to a significant portion of their MM2015 for later resale. Disappointing, but expected.

Edit: I do think we will get some sweepers in Zendikar.

Well crux has potential upsides hence the whole 5 mana thing design wise. Conditional board wipes generally cost more than just flat board wipes. Im still in the whole Cataclysm reprint but make it have....a extra clause where you get to keep 1 card in hand. For value. I would be in love if this was a 5 color board wipe for 5 as well...because the game needs more of this

    So you are saying

Imma let you finnish but Mortivore was the best lhurgoyf of all time. OF ALL TIME terravore was pretty close but come on man mortivore for value.

And its possible that Damnation is making it into a standard set soon...unlikely but possible(seeing as you have to pay 5+ mana now to wipe while you only have to pay less mana to wipe with a creature than before...)

shinbatsu few suggestions to look into that are all actually really cheap. Pride of the clouds its forecast is pretty expensive i know but figured hey as a 1 of probably worth playing, and Sky hussar, also mistveil plains is pretty good synergy with squad hawk when one dies you can just put it on bottom and only have to keep one in hand basically to have a 2 mana 1/1 that can tutor. I realize my suggestions make the deck much slower however but could make it into a more control oriented shell(idk how she likes to play but figured it was possible she enjoyed control) or could just be somewhat solid 1 ofs. Also feel like your deck could play delver of secrets fairly effectively, more so with telling time and the lack of 1 drops.

And repeal might be a better version of into the roil but i really have no idea what the metagame is like right now just assume if its still full of junk that the average thing in their deck is 3cmc or less so repeal has more potential upsides to downsides(outside of tron)

Idk thats kinda upsetting considering their like hey look at this karn and this goyf oh and this and emmy....more to come....shortly HAHAHAHAHA gurggle gurgglle durdle time commence.

Well thanks i guess for the potential disappointment but i hope you're wrong. I don't need any more trolling than what i get from them in standard almost regularly now T.T, also hoarders gonna hoard without even knowing full contents happened last time as well doubtful it won't repeat on its own now.

Back to the pointless debate about card economy and price drops and what not for 60 more pages GO! seriously that topic has been beaten to death over the decade's guys...why just why.

Question does anyone know when the next spoilers are estimated to happen. Or any idea when to start expecting some more being leaked? Considering its 2 months away and last time the whole spoilers were over something like 1-2 months before a big dump was hoping someone knew if they would start spoiling every so often within the next 2 weeks or not?

I like this deck but i want to include archangel of thune+spike feeder....Considering collected company can find one of the pieces seems weird not to include 2 1 of's that can just win on the spot. but right now the deck just looks like its not very optimal the souls package is pretty minimal and just looks like youre trying to hate out md affinity/burn, while missing the largest pay off card in ascendant, while it largely looks like GW hatebears. A single e wit might be pretty good and i almost like chord of calling better than lead the stampede and also and going a bit more liberal with some 1 of's to get some toolboxing. Looks interesting to mess around with though.

Um well you will be swamp into thoughtseize and that pretty much determines your turn 2 play by their hand...asking for a line when you will have near complete knowledge of their hand outside white leyline or spell pierce is not making a good decision.

Honestly my least favorite deck to play against is probably something that is basically jund of old(with drs but after BBE got banned) and the new abzan/gb rock decks just they feel so arbitrary to play against and boring on a conceptual/deck building/decision making basis. Id rather play verse old eggs 10/10 times in a tournament than have to play even 8/10 rounds against a abzan/gb rock deck not because i have a poor mu or anything of that sort just because its so much less enticing to play against i feel like i am loosing my abilitly to think/play since its all such a basic form of interactions and number of important decisions when playing against them. Also to a extent UR delver prior to the TC banning, the mu always just felt like it was the same lines being made by me and my opponents every game it got boring.

I got told when playing modern tin fins i was playing a ******** deck by my opponent who was playing boggles...i loved that.

Well i liked auriok champion over pack rat especially with bitterblossom in your deck, it hates on twin if you can get 2 in play and with any sword equipped gets 3 relevant protections.

Has anyone tried going RWB and splashing black for souls+vizkopa guildmage and potentially cutting purple man? to lower curve and see how it performed?

Well i picked Kolaghan got the command and roast and some other notable r/b cards. Started cracking my DTK packs got dragonlord dromoka, new surrak, and sunsorch regent, and very few actual playables in black green or white. Got the super sweet elite scaleguard and my mind was made. Started building gw trying to go in on counters could only come up with 14 actual playables and 3 cards id be willing to play if i had to. Ended up playing naya because my black had 3-4 removal spells but not a single good creature and i was already low enough on that count, got to play with the GR dragonrock and it overperformed, the red was probably better than my green on a whole even though i think i only had 6'ish red cards.

Beat mastery of the unseen by making the guy deck after he mirror mockery my dromaka, he should of won but for some reason didn't want to trade his hexproof dragon for my dromaka to prevent me from gaining life over the next couple turns and basically giving me lifegain to deck him through it. Best match i played all day. Went 4-0 and split in finals played for fun(i won) it was basically a mirror as this guy sat across from me when we were building and he also pulled a dragonlord dromaka and sunsorch regent and also picked rakdos...

New surrak was pretty great the 3 mana 5/5 and the 3 mana x/3 trampler were great. Sunscorch regent kinda underperformed for what i was expecting from it never was that great when i had it, the red uncommon first strike dragon typically pulled more weight. Dragonlords are obviously insane bombs and roast was good every game.

Format reminded me of stuff from apoc to a extent i enjoyed that i don't want to draft onslaught without dmg on the stack(its not complicated enough boardstates without it anymore and makes me sad)and happy it wasn't just perma board stalls every game.
